Workplace experiences
We partner with organisations to deliver inspiring, hands-on experiences that open young minds to the possibilities of a future in technology.
Opening doors, raising aspirations
We can create, design and deliver early talent experiences on site, in workplaces across the UK.
This is what our students, teachers and partners say about us:

Careers Insight Days 11-14 year olds
We literally open the doors of your offices, inviting c20-100 secondary-age students from schools in disadvantaged areas to join us for an immersive, behind the scenes 1-day experience, and practical careers guidance. Find out more here
Tech-enriched workshops 11-14 year olds
Our teachers bring real technology into classrooms through hands-on creative activities to show how technology shapes the world and how the students can be a part of this. These are also fantastic opportunities for industry employees to join us as real-life role models in the classroom or workplace.
Work experience programmes 14-16 year olds
Our inclusive, industry-relevant virtual work experience programme is specifically designed to meet the latest careers guidance for schools and reach early talent at scale. This flexible programme meets the business goals of organisations, without excessive involvement from employees. We would love to collaborate with more industry partners to provide much needed work experience to young talent that wouldn’t otherwise be aware of, or be able to access these experiences.
Career Discovery Days 16-18 year olds
Our discovery days offer industry partners the opportunity to connect with and inspire a small number of students in an immersive, behind the scenes experience, to offer practical guidance and directly showcase their Early Careers pathways. These experiences include workplace tours, hands-on activities and insights, all designed to spark curiosity, raise aspirations and confidence whilst practically signposting to their tech-focused roles and apprenticeship opportunities
Career Discovery Pathways 16-18 year olds
We focus on diversifying the pipelines of our partners’ early talent programmes with a particular focus on gender and social mobility diversity. Together, we create pathways-to-work programmes for school leavers. These multi-step programmes create a direct pipeline into early talent opportunities at your organisations, for instance, via apprenticeships
