Career Insight Days

We literally open the doors of your offices, inviting c20-100 secondary-age students from schools in disadvantaged areas to join us for an immersive, behind the scenes 1-day experience, and practical careers guidance.

By opening your doors to young people - particularly girls and groups underrepresented in the technology workforce groups - you help them explore the exciting possibilities of a career in tech, meet inspiring role models, and see how their passions and skills can translate into future opportunities.

We run these days before the critical point of GCSE/National 5 selection, and we focus specifically on students who meet some of the following criteria, ensuring we reach the students who need us most.

• Meet pupil premium criteria
• Identify as female or transgender
• Students from ethnic minority backgrounds
• Parents did not attend university or higher education
• No current tech role models- e.g. Parents don't currently work in the tech sector
• Are not currently considering a future career in technology
