We believe in technology for all

We bring tech careers to life through free, inclusive, educational experiences and resources, designed by teachers, for teachers. And we know what works - we start young (from age 5 yrs), and stick with them (through to post-18yrs), we link children’s passions to tech, and bring tech roles to life - backed by research and evidenced by our impact to date. We’re raising aspirations early, for better outcomes and brighter futures - for all.  We are especially focused on enabling social mobility, UK-wide by reaching the children who need us most.

Supported by like-minded industry partners, we create and deliver tech education experiences for all children - particularly women, girls and groups underrepresented in the tech workforce - to aspire to, and pursue, technology careers.

What we do

Free educational resources and experiences for all children

Our interventions are future-focused, industry-relevant, inclusive, cross-curricular, mapped to Curriculum objectives and Gatsby benchmarked, packed full of relatable industry role models and reflect the current and future needs of business.

We welcome discussions with our industry partners to see how we can collaboratively create content that showcases the role models and careers that exist across the tech industry.

Free educational resources

Our collection of free, educational material, live and on-demand lessons, careers experiences, and teacher CPD programme for schools are designed to excite, inspire and up-skill all children and teachers

Our inclusive resources are designed for, and delivered to, girls and boys from age 5 to 18 years. We’re trusted by teachers; we understand the education system, what teachers need and the constraints within which they’re working. Our Education team are award-winning experts at engaging children and designing relevant learning journeys, and managing school and teacher networks.

Bespoke experiences with industry, for industry

We pride ourselves on our ability to tailor what we do to ensure that we build charity partnerships with our many, cross-sector industry partners that both are of genuine benefit to organisations and further Tech She Can’s mission.

We can create, design and deliver early talent experiences bespoke for our partners needs and robustly evidence the impact for our funding partners.

“I am so thankful for your partnership and collaboration - the Career Insight Day was wonderful and far surpassed my expectations. The sessions were incredibly well-run and so engaging, and I witnessed how the girls opened up through the activities and over the course of the day.”

“As a charity that exists to inspire young people in the UK to fulfil their potential in Air, Space and Technology, I wasn't expecting the impact of this partnership with Tech She Can to reach beyond the boundaries of UK airspace, let alone European airspace, but it has. With the Tech She Can team delivering live lessons on stage at the Royal International Air Tattoo, the world's best military air show , gives our work together a truly "international" dimension. Well done to Tech She Can for being Maverick and pushing the boundaries.”

"AI is shaping the future of every industry, and it’s vital young people - especially girls - are inspired to be part of this transformation. Tech She Can’s AI Summit is about more than just exploring technology careers; it’s about ensuring every young person in the country, no matter their background, sees AI as an opportunity and benefits from all it has to offer.”
